Even if you're not making a claim, we're still here for you. Our Member Assistance Programme, provided by Care first, is a complete support service that offers counselling and advice to members via a freephone number, 0800 484 0818, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

All counsellors are accredited to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and can provide support for anything you wish to discuss, including:

The service is confidential and neither Holloway Friendly nor your GP will be informed if you use it without your consent.
