Making a complaint

We always try to keep our members lives colourful but sometimes this isn’t always possible. To help us fix this for the future we want to hear from you.

If you want to make a complaint the quickest and easiest way to do this is to use our form below.

Alternatively you can email complaints@holloway.co.uk, call 0800 0931 535 (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm) or write to us at Member services, Holloway House, 71 Eastgate Street, Gloucester GL1 1PW.

We will be in touch within 5 days of receiving your complaint.
