When will my password be sent to me?
During normal working hours (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday) the new password request will be dealt with upon receipt and you will receive notification of your new password within the hour.
When can I use my new password ?
The amended password file will be uploaded to the webserver, and will be available immediately you receive your email confirmation.
Can I choose my own login reference ?
Your quotations are stored and business is transacted using your Holloway Friendly reference (usually your FSA number) we need you to log in using this reference so we can identify you.
Can I use a password of my choosing ?
Sorry no, due to operational constraints and security implications we will need to issue and administer passwords directly.
Can I access the site using a Unipass Certificate?
At present no, but we will keep the feasibility of using this service under review.
