Key Benefits
- Definition of Incapacity - 'Own Occupation' throughout for Class 1 Professional, 1, 2 and 3. Class 4 also has own occupation but this changes to 'suited' after 12 months of a claim.
- Guaranteed Premiums.
- Maximum Cover - Up to 50% of gross income to a maximum benefit of £120,000 per annum.
- Retirement Age - between 50 and 70 inclusive.
- Waiver of Premium - Comes into effect during claim.
