The Society is committed to high standards in Corporate Governance. The Society has made considerable progress in complying with The Combined Code on Corporate Governance having particular regard to the Annotated version published by the Association of Mutual Insurers (AMI) and The Association of Friendly Societies (AFS).
As part of our commitment to the Code this section has been added to our website and provides relevant Corporate Governance information to the membership.
The contents of Report and Financial Statements for 2006 have been expanded to provide addition Corporate Governance information. A copy of the latest Report and Financial Statements is provided below together with various documents for member’s information.
