Corporate Governance

The Society is committed to high standards in Corporate Governance. The Society has continued to make considerable progress in complying with The Combined Code on Corporate Governance having particular regard to the Annotated version published by the Association of Mutual Insurers (AMI) and The Association of Friendly Societies (AFS).

As part of our commitment to the Code this section has been added to our website and provides relevant Corporate Governance information to the membership. Additional information is also provided in the Report and Financial Statements.
